COMMISSIONER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION CONGRATULATES WINNER OF DELSU BEAUTY PEAGENT

The commissioner for Higher education has congratulated the DELSU queen  Miss Kevwe Ogodo as she emerged Miss DELSU in the beauty peagent which held on the 12th to the 16th of July 2016. The commissioner urged the beauty icon to use her office as a way of serving the people stressing the need for role models in the society at large 

He also thanked the past queen for her exemplary life to all youths whom she has worked with, and promised her God's guidance in all her endeavors. Highlights of the event included the handing over of the crown to Kevwe Ogodo by Former beauty queen Chiamaka Irene. 

Speaking at an interview after the occasion Miss Irene commended the resilient spirit of all contestants and urged them to take the zeal and determination with which they took part in the events to their schools so as to become better citizens in the future. She further stated that she was happy knowing that she was handing over to an experienced young lady one who would serve as a role model to the youths.
