Sinebe Urges Students To Embrace Dialogue In Resolving Issues


DELTA State Commissioner for Higher Education, Engr. Jude Sinebe, has enjoined students’ leaders in the state to embrace dialogue and eschew bitterness and rancour in resolving issues.


Sinebe gave the advice in his office while playing host to the Delta State Executive Committee members of the National Association of Nigeria Students(NANS) led by Comrade Ufuoma Erharhie who paid him a solidarity visit.


The Commissioner who thanked the students’ body for their visit, described them as leaders of tomorrow, even as he urged them to be good ambassadors of Delta State whenever they may be.
While promising to address some of the issues raised by the students’ leaders, he, also admonished them to articulate their decisions properly, just as he reiterated that dialogue was the best approach to addressing challenges in life.


Earlier in an address, the leader of the students delegation, Comrade Erharhie, explain that their visit was aimed at felicitating with the Commissioner for his well-deserved appointment and to pledge their unflinching support to him and the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa’s led administration in the state.
High point of the ceremony that was attended by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Elder Eric Osharode was the presentation of certificate to the commissioner by the students’ body.
